Can I buy directly from Aquarium Depot?
If you are a retailer, we would love to hear from you! Please reach out to us so that we can start the process on your behalf, obviously, T’s & C’s apply. We distribute to retailers within the pet trade only and do not deal directly with the public.
Can I pick up my order from Aquarium Depot directly?
Our retailers are more than welcome to collect their orders from us or alternatively, arrange to have them delivered to the shop. Unfortunately, we do not allow any end-users to collect stock on behalf of a store.
How do I claim any equipment under warranty?
All of our equipment carries a standard 1 year from purchase warranty. Should your item stop working, we would gladly have a look at it for you and advise on the way forward. You would however need to make the necessary arrangements with the store from which you made your purchase first. We do allow end-users to drop off equipment for warranty purposes IF it was arranged in advance.
